I bought Garcinia at a time when I decided to start taking care of my diet and it helped me a lot at the beginning to calm my anxiety when it came to stop snacking between meals. For that reason alone I recommend it. Besides, in combination with eating a little better and exercising, I lost weight considerably. I'm not saying that this supplement is the only merit, but it helped me to contain myself in moments of hunger or at night when I used to get up to snack on the first thing I saw in order to sleep.
