Works but does not work miracles

I used them when I had been on keto for many weeks and wanted to eat more than 20g of CH a day but not go off keto. Checked with blood glucose meter. If you eat potato or bread or more fruit than usual, it helps if you take it half an hour before. As long as you don't overdo it. If I ate 40g of CH I was usually already out of keto. Not with this. I cheated a couple of times a week and took the capsules.

Las usé cuando llevaba muchas semanas en keto y quería comer más de 20g de CH al día pero no salir de keto. Comprobado con medidor de glucosa en sangre. Si comes patata o pan o más frutas de la cuenta, ayuda si lo tomas media hora antes. Siempre y cuando no te pases. Yo si consumía 40g de CH normalmente ya salía de keto. Con esto no. Hacía trampa un par de veces a la semana y tomaba las cápsulas.
