It has not helped me at all

I am following a diet and I bought it, after reading the positive comments, to be able to "sin" slightly when I go on a trip. The truth is that it has not helped me at all and the carbohydrates I have ingested have returned transformed into extra kilos. I certainly do not recommend it and would not buy it again.
