Pensaba que iba a hacer más efecto antiinflamatorio postentrenamiento, pero no, cuando revientas al entrenar y las articulaciones sufren, este producto no quita el dolor o molestias ni la inflamación si se ha producido. Lo mejor es descansar por unos días.
