Normal
Well I have taken them today and honestly I have not noticed a great acceleration but if you recover well between series and series, it is true that I come from taking 3000mg of pure arginine and that is a good booster, it is still good buy because it helps ... helps

Perfect combination
Taken 45 minutes before training, that extra point is noticed when performing more repetitions and less fatigue.
