Great if you have PCOS
Really good product. The capsules are easy to take (I’ve also used the powder, which is cheaper but awkward to take when I’m out). I keep this tub for travelling. I recommend it if you have PCOS. It works: my periods are more regular and my acne has improved a bit (I haven’t noticed any change in hirsutism).
