Pre-workout that at the beginning you notice the punch, in terms of activity and itching of the skin from the beta-alanine. Little by little I think that tolerance is being generated, since I do not notice the activity of before (and it is 300mg of caffeine) and I do not notice the itching in the skin from the beta-alanine. I personally did not like the red orange flavor very much. I find it quite effective to take it before my workouts because it provides a little caffeine to reactivate your body and also having creatine gives a plus to this supplement.

I can't miss it even if I don't need it.
The energy drink taste is great starting from there. And it stimulates you well for exercise but it includes unnecessary components that could be saved to make the product more economical such as creatine (for its underdosing), some amino acids and beta alanine which has no conclusive studies of its effectiveness.
