It is a good pre-workout. It is quite noticeable at the time of training and congestion. Remarkable in effectiveness. As for flavors, the punch one tastes very chemical and medicinal to me personally. The peach iced tea is much better, more natural flavor and with cold water is great.

I work in the morning, and study and train in the afternoon, and for those hours I'm super KO, but this pre-workout helps me to give the last pull, and it is very noticeable. Parece que en vez de pre entreno estás bebiendo gasolina, te saca fuerzas en 0'.
La única pega que puedo dar es que en las bolsas de 150g es muy difícil meter la mano, yo consideraría un cambio en el diseño o algo por el estilo vaya,

I notice much more energy in training. The first time I took it I noticed itching so I recommend starting with less doses and going up. I like the taste but I admit that at least the red orange one is very sweet (it reminds me of Haribo bears).
