It gives you energy to perform more effective sessions and be able to get a few more reps out of it. It doesn't make you nervous and you don't feel itchy (at least not for me). The blue raspberry flavor is pretty good for a pre-workout. As a tip, don't move the mixer up and down too much, better in circles, otherwise it will make a lot of foam. Regards
