I started taking 2 capsules a day, morning and night, but it was too light, so I started with 3 grams a day. 2 -2-2 and it does make you sleep faster and deeper but you wake up and it doesn't help you get to sleep except by your own means of relaxation. It may make you calmer. I am taking it so I don't take Fluoxetine for depression and anxiety.
