Good product, but not for me
Unfortunately, my body did not adapt well to this product. Even taking it as directed on the package, I feel there was a reverse effect, in that I felt stressed when sleeping. However, for my husband it has worked. He has reported that it helps him to be calm during the day and relaxed at night. Not all supplements will have the same effect as bodies are different. I am glad it has worked for him, however unfortunately it has not worked for me.

No entanto, para meu marido tem funcionado. Ele tem relatado que o ajuda a estar calmo durante o dia e relaxado à noite.
Nem todos os suplementos farão o mesmo efeito pois os corpos são diferentes. Fico feliz que tenha servido a ele, contudo infelizmente não me serviu.

In search of restful sleep
Since I opened my business I started to incorporate supplements to help me have a more restful rest. Although, miracles to Fatima, I have been trying different supplements and I can not say that this one is better than others, since both melatonin and Sleep Care have been better than this one separately.
