I started taking the mercadona melatonin (something does), when they put the vitaldin that has 1.9mg of melatonin I went to that and kept buying it in mercadona for convenience. This one has exactly that dose, no weird ingredients or flavorings and for the same price you get 120 shots instead of 35. Good product, it fulfills its purpose and is simple. Recommended.

Empecé tomando la melatonina del mercadona (algo hace), cuando pusieron la de vitaldin que tiene 1,9mg de melatonina me pase a esa y la seguía comprando en mercadona por comodidad. Esta tiene exactamente esa dosis, sin ingredientes raros ni saborizantes y por el mismo precio tienes 120 tomas en vez de 35. Buen producto, cumple con su cometido y es sencillo. Recomendado.

Funciona bien, te ayuda a coger el sueño más profundo y se nota si te despiertas por la noche que te cuesta más desvelarte. Me suelo despertar descansado y con la sensación de haber tenido un buen sueño, pero a veces me ha costado empezar la mañana. Es mejor tomar 1 hora antes para que haga efecto al irte a dormir. Lo recomiendo.

Anyway, there are these options within the brand.

En cuanto a calidad-precio es imbatible, sí que es verdad que es solamente melatonina y no lleva otros complementos como camomila pero por el precio que tiene es un chollo. De todas formas existen esas opciones dentro de la marca.
