This is the third bottle I've bought from this brand, melatonin is a supplement that has become indispensable for me when I go to bed, especially because I am one of those who like to use the phone in bed and this is clearly harmful. It shortens the time it takes to get to sleep and that's just what I'm looking for, the ideal is to use melatonin along with magnesium to further improve the quality of sleep. The fact that it incorporates vitamin B6 is a plus because it helps regulate sleep as well as helping to absorb the magnesium, which works in synergy with all of them. Es el tercer bote que compro de esta marca, la melatonina es un complemento que se ha vuelto indispensable para mi a la hora de irme a la cama sobre todo porque soy de esos a los que le gusta usar el teléfono en la cama y esto claramente es perjudicial. Acorta el tiempo que tardas en conseguir el sueño y eso es justo lo que busco, lo ideal es usar la melatonina junto a magnesio para mejorar ademas la calidad del sueño. El hecho de que incorpore vitamina b6 es un plus ya que esta ayuda a la regulación del sueño ademas de ayudar a absorber el magnesio con lo cual funcionan en sinergia todos ellos. El precio es inmejorable como todo lo de esta marca.
