It is impressively effective
It is noted that it helps me to sleep because with an extreme ckal deficit I could not sleep at all but with melatonin if it helps me, that if it helps me in phase 1 to close my eyes but when it is 3 or 4 at night it seems that its effect or half-life is exhausted and it costs me back to sleep but always prefer something than nothing. Another thing for me the effectiveness is to use 2cap in volume 1 cap is enough for me with some theanine as an extra.
Se nota que me ayuda a dormir ya que con un deficit ckal extremo no podia dormir para nada pero con melatonina si me ayuda, eso si me ayuda en la fase 1 al cerrar los ojos pero cuando son las 3 o 4 de la noche parece que su efecto o vida media se a agotado y me cuesta volver a dormir pero siempre se prefiere algo que nada. Otra cosa para mi la efectividad esta en usar 2cap en volumen 1 cap me vale con algo de teanina como extra
