I switched to these because the buttermilk ones didn't really "sit well" on my skin. These ones, although the taste is obviously a little less "sweet" are very good! and you get used to the difference, especially with milk. I've tried the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ones and they are all good, plus they feel great on the stomach. I recommend them!
