Well, if you do not want to spend so much on whey and complete the daily prot requirements, it is a very good alternative, I think even better than soy, although it dissolves worse than whey, you have to know that beforehand.

Incredible quality and price. I took 2 kg and made a market comparison, for this price and components was the best. I use the unflavored one because I do not like the flavors due to the sweeteners and added sugars, the taste is not the most pleasant, but it is what it is if you want to not consume sugar. I have tried adding a little cocoa powder in the shakes and it improves a lot.
Calidad precio increible. Cogí 2 kg y hice una comparación de mercado, por este precio y por componentes era el mejor. Yo uso el de sin sabor porque no me gustan los sabores por el tema de edulcorantes y azúcares añadidos, el sabor no es el mas agradable, pero es lo que hay si quieres no consumir azúcar. He probado de añadir un poco de cacao en polvo en los batidos y mejora bastante.
