The era of exclusive plant proteins is over

I was a bit worried about the taste, because 10 years ago plant proteins still tasted really bad. But here I can’t complain and I’ll switch to it more, since the price is significantly cheaper than whey proteins. It does have an extremely thick consistency though, so it isn’t suitable as a replacement for everything. Overall, very similar to soy protein.

Ich hatte bezüglich des Geschmacks etwas Sorge, weil vor 10 Jahren haben Pflanzen-Proteine noch sehr schlecht geschmeckt. Aber hier kann ich mich nicht beklagen und werde jetzt vermehrt darauf umschwenken, da der Preis deutlich billiger ist als bei Whey-Proteinen. Es hat allerdings eine extrem dicke Konsistenz also eignet sich nicht für alles als Ersatz. Allgemein sehr ähnlich zu Sojaprotein.
