Lactose-free protein rich

It is rare to find a protein that is tasty, but these are. They don't have the artificial flavor of others, nor are they excessively sweet. I've tried several, the coffee with milk and a little coffee, delicious. The vanilla with milk is the one I drink the most. The chocolate one diluted in yogurt is delicious with granola. I have also tried the speculoos one and I find it sweeter. They are easily diluted.

I am not vegan, but it is a very good option to vary the protein sources. I usually alternate it, seasonally, with whey protein. And when I get this one, I combine it with rice protein (or chickpea protein) (70% pea and 30% the other) I consume it unflavored to avoid additives or sweeteners.
