Good vegetable protein
I have been taking it for a couple of years and fine. I take it unflavored because I prefer it to have no sweeteners at all and in a glass of water as if it were a medicine and it becomes easy once you get used to it. For my taste, it tastes better than soy and sits better on my stomach. It is also more common for me to eat tofu or textured soy than peas, so for a change, it will be better.
