They are pretty decent BCAAs. I bought them in neutral flavor and they go well to combine with my Protein. There are no studies that certify the effectiveness of this product, but it is true that they are good for muscle mass is not affected after each workout. A pity that there is not a higher ratio in BCAA, although for protein synthesis the 4:1:1 format is not bad.
Son unos BCAA bastante decentes. Los he comprado sabor neutro y van bien para combinar con mi Proteína. No hay estudios que certifiquen la eficacia de este producto, pero si que es verdad que van bien para que la masa muscular no se vea afectada luego de cada entrenamiento. Una pena que no haya en BCAA un ratio mayor, aunque para una síntesis en la proteína el formato 4:1:1 no está mal.
