I take it in two ways, when the workout is going to be long and intense, I use it halfway through the workout along with EVOCARBS so that the pill is digested while I continue and replenish the salts during the second half of the workout along with the extra push with the EVOCARBS and also accompanied by plenty of water. On the other hand, if I don't have time if the workout is not going to be that long but I am going to sweat a lot more because of the type of exercise, I take it after the end of the workout to replenish the lost salts.
Lo tomo de dos maneras, cuando el entrenamiento va a ser largo e intenso, lo uso a mitad de entreno junto con EVOCARBS para que la pastilla se digiera mientras continuo e ir reponiendo las sales durante la segunta mitad del ejercicio junto con el extra de empuje con el EVOCARBS y acompañado también de mucha agua. Por el contrario si no tengo tiempo si el entrenamiento no va a ser tan largo pero voy a sudar mucho más por el tipo de ejercicio, lo tomo después del finalizar el entrenamiento para reponer las sales perdidas.
