I have been taking it for 4 days and I can already feel its effects. I take one capsule a day, when I get up, with my coffee. It gives me a little push for the pace of life I lead, studying for oppositions and doing a lot of exercise. Its effect is noticeable and, according to what I have read, it improves as time goes by. You have to take a break of about 10 or 15 days every few days.
Llevo tomándolo 4 días y ya noto sus efectos. Tomo una cápsula al día, al levantarme, con el café. Me da un empujoncito para el ritmo de vida que llevo, estudiando para oposiciones y haciendo mucho ejercicio. Se nota su efecto y según he leído va mejorando conforme pasa un poco el tiempo tomándolo. Hay que hacer un descanso de unos 10 o 15 días cada cierto tiempo tomando.
