It has a good flavor, even if it’s a bit artificial, but fortunately you can’t taste the stevia; the flavor is reminiscent of pastry cream, even if it’s artificial; excellent solubility; outstanding value for the price. I gave it 3 stars for effectiveness because I only use it to make homemade ice cream—as a thickener. The texture is creamy and silky, but not pasty. Large package. I definitely recommend it.

It’s true that the texture can feel a little strange at first, but you really do get used to it. In my case, it works really well with soy milk.
