Although it is not easy to dissolve in water or milk due to its vegetable nature, it is very effective and offers excellent value for money, especially when compared to whey, which can induce changes in gastrointestinal motility, as was the case with me. The caramel flavor becomes cloying after a few days, but the strawberry flavor is quite pleasant and didn't make me sick.

I bought the unflavored version to alternate with the rice protein, since the soy protein has a better aminogram. It suits me perfectly (I take soy products in my regular diet) and has a neutral flavor so I can take it alone or flavor it with other ingredients. The Speculoos version is really good (it's like drinking cookies). I will repeat with both versions.
Compré la versión sin sabor para intercalar con la proteína de arroz, ya que la de soja tiene mejor aminograma. Me sienta perfectamente (tomo productos con soja en mi dieta habitual) y tiene un sabor neutro para poder tomar sola o saborizar con otros ingredientes. Eso sí, la de Speculoos es una pasada de buena (es como beber galletitas). Repetiré con las dos versiones.
