I always order this unflavored oat flour, to avoid sweeteners and for versatility. I buy it here because it is not easy to find precooked oat flour. The rest are heated in the flouring process but not precooked. I would also like it to be cheaper, since the price is triple that of other whole oat flours even if they are not precooked.
