Excellent for making desserts, pair it with yogurt... Here’s a recipe in case you’re interested: 1 egg, 200 g cottage cheese, 2 scoops of oat flour, 4 scoops of evocasein vanilla flavor and 250 ml of water. All blended well and 3-4 minutes in the microwave. Let it cool and refrigerate.

Excelente para preparar postres, combinarla con yogur... Os dejo una receta por si os interesa: 1 huevo, 200 g de queso cottage, 2 cacitos de harina de avena, 4 cacitos de evocasein sabor vainilla y 250 ml de agua. Todo bien batido y 3-4 minutos de microondas. Dejáis enfriar y a la nevera.
