I discovered it thanks to Marcos Vazquez. It's been great for a rotator cuff injury in my shoulder. The physiotherapist is surprised with how fast and well it has evolved. So much so that I have started playing paddle for the first time in my life, and I am not having any problems. It is also important to mention that I am doing all the rehabilitation exercises that the physiotherapist indicated. Apart from that I do specific stretching every day.
