I have rice flour for breakfast every day mixed with water and in my case I buy it unflavored and add a little honey and it is delicious. It gives me the energy I need to be able to do sports or work perfectly. I love it.

Neutral flavor. To prepare it as if it were cream of rice, it is quite good. The texture and creaminess is logically not the same as the cream of rice but it is not bad. In my case, when I use the neutral flavor I usually add chocolate protein or a banana and it tastes pretty good.

Cheap gluten-free flour

I use it as a gluten-free flour for baking bread and ordered it because it is really very cheap. It is very neutral in taste. I therefore mix it with other flours when baking.
