El sabor es natural, sabe mucho a hierba y no es un sabor exquisito pero tampoco malo ni difícil de tolerar, está la posibilidad de mezclar con leches o batidos, pero en mi caso lo tomo en ayunas con un vaso de agua. Se mezcla muy bien con agua y no es necesario usar mezclador, con una simple cuchara.
