I have been taking supplements for some time now and these are the best value for money in Spain. I have noticed that they work compared to others and the price is definitely better than others. I use it for sleep among other things, but if you need something with more strength get the Sleep Care instead which also has glycine.

I have been taking it for 6 months now, I started using it because of the combination of glycine and NAC which in studies have shown beneficial effects for people over 55. I take it at night in combination with NAC, magnesium powder and Excell creatine; the MG I had been taking for a longer time and I didn't notice anything in my sleep, but with the addition of glycine I sleep like a baby. I haven't noticed anything in my joints.
