It is a great sleep aid.
The truth is that I bought it as a precursor of collagen and glutathione, i.e. looking for an anti-aging effect. But taken at night, I found that it is very effective for falling asleep. I would say that it even produces drowsiness so I recommend taking it at night. As it has a sweet taste I take it in an infusion after dinner.
