I bought the glycine for my husband, although I am also taking it myself, given the results it is giving him. My husband, who has been cycling for many years, is doing great for joint pain and tendonitis (his knee pain and tendonitis have almost disappeared). It has a mild sweet taste, making it combinable with almost any food. I would prefer the container to be a little wider, as when there is little product left it becomes a little difficult to remove it, but there is a solution; transfer it to a pot.
