We take it with caution but it helps
As it is a neurotransmitter we are taking it with caution but it does not seem to have unwanted effects, perhaps some drowsiness. It is supposed to stimulate the production of joint collagen but we will have to wait to see the effect on this. It seems to act immediately against osteoarthritis-rheumatic pains; if it continues to work we will incorporate it into the regular diet as an essential amino acid. If mixed with cereals it leaves a strange aftertaste, better to take it dissolved in a little liquid (water) because it tastes almost nothing.
Al ser neurotransmisor lo estamos tomando con precaución pero no parece tener efectos indeseados, quizá algo de somnolencia. Se supone que estimula la fabricación de colágeno articular pero habrá que esperar para ver efecto en esto. Parece actuar inmediatamente contra los dolores por artrosis-reúma; si sigue funcionando lo incorporaremos a la dieta regular como aminoácido esencial. Si se mezcla con cereales deja un regusto raro, mejor tomarlo disuelto en un poco de líquido (agua) porque no sabe casi a nada.
