Choline bitartrate powder
Good for my concentration
Choline is supposed to help increase physical and mental energy, I use it to be more resilient at work. It seems to be able to produce short-term, but also long-term improvements. Also, my liver values have improved with it. The taste of the powder is not particularly pleasant, but at this low price I can overlook it.

Choline bitartrate powder
Excellent glycemic regulator
Hill in addition to being a neurotrophic factor to an overall hypoglycemic action in my case quite marked and very helpful. Because I tend to take in a lot of carbohydrates and I can't resist sweets in this way by supplementing I can control the glycemic index keeping it within wellness binaries.

Choline bitartrate powder
My brother recommends it
As with chromium picolinate, he wanted to buy a supplement to improve his concentration while studying for his competitive exams. He was very happy with the supplement, but even happier when he passed on the first try. At such moments, one grasps at straws, but hey: if he said it worked for him, why not give it a try?

Well
I started taking it around exam time, and the truth is that I expected it to be more noticeable. Even so, it is good for the price it has

Acceptable
It is difficult to evaluate its effectiveness. The worst thing is the taste, which is not neutral, but it is not too bad. Maybe I will try it in capsule
