It has great health benefits and contains caffeine. Since I like a strong flavor, I only drink it once a day. Very bitter, but with a solution

It is still too early to know its effectiveness, but what I can say is that it tastes horrible if you don't know how to mix it. I did quite a few tests until I found the solution or at least, for my taste. Water, chocolate vanilla flavored soy protein, the green tea and the key (a small drizzle of honey). This blocks the bitterness and even makes the protein better. I hope it helps.

Aún es pronto para saber su efectividad, pero lo que sí puedo decir es que tiene un sabor horrible si no sabes cómo mezclarlo. Yo hice bastantes pruebas hasta que encontré la solución o al menos, para mi gusto. Agua, proteína de soja sabor chocolate con vainilla, el té verde y la clave (un chorrito pequeño de miel). Esto bloquea el amargor y hasta está más buena la proteína. Espero que os ayude.
