I usually take it in capsules of this same brand, but this time I decided to try it in powder form and add it to the breakfast mix with coffee, and so far so good, I'm alternating it with matcha powder as well.

I realize the flavor is not for everyone but if you want green tea extract this is the flavor. Since it can be difficult to handle you can buy empty capsules for those who have time to do it and encapsulate it and you will have quality and savings. Otherwise, ready-made capsules are also great.

Mi rendo conto che il sapore non è per tutti ma se volete l estratto di tè verde questo è il sapore. Visto che può essere difficile da gestire si possono acquistare capsule vuote per chi ha tempo di farlo e incapsularlo e avrete qualità e risparmio.
