Green tea extract (26:1) powder

Combination with green coffee beans

I take it in combination with ground green coffee beans. The taste is TOO strong for me so I make myself homemade capsules size 1 with the mixture of both and I actually find the combination to be a great thermogenic burner and helps me sweat more on my workouts and rest days, both separately and together even more so. I have not been able to take it outside of capsules, I would not be able to take the amount I take except I don't have to taste the extract with the capsules (recommended to try making homemade capsules).

Green tea extract (26:1) powder

Lasts a long time

Very concentrated, it lasts very long, the flavor is strong so it is enough to take very little, so far I like it very much, the only downside is the container, I will have to change it to a bottle, otherwise it is great.

Green tea extract (26:1) powder

Very good product

I always used to take the infusion from a sachet. This is the same, faster and cheaper. It comes very concentrated. With half a dispenser more than enough. Better in the morning. You can feel the energy that green tea provides

Good supplement

Good product to take as a pre-workout, to get extra energy, fulfills its function well, combined with caffeine for definition stages is great. The type of packaging could be improved, as it can be a little uncomfortable. Recommended product!
