Se nota a la hora de recuperar y previene bajones cuando estas entrenando un poco más fuerte de costumbre y también al terminar el entreno para echarle algo al cuerpo y tardar menos en recuperarte. Cumple bien su finalidad y está bueno el sabor (limón).
