It is a good peanut powder. Less fat, easier to digest and gives a lot of flavor to mixtures with vegetable drinks or milk. It is more expensive than in other stores but it has quality. I don't like the packaging, that's why I keep them in glass jars.

I like it for desserts, in porridges to enrich them in protein, with yogurt, in protein shakes, in pancakes. Very good if you like peanuts although it is not as consistent as the one we commonly know but you can add guar gum, xanthan gum to thicken it.

Lo pedí porque me encanta la crema de cacahuete pero como estoy en corte no puedo consumir muchas grasas y esto es espectacular, echas un scoop en un vaso un poquito de agua o leche mezclas y te queda una crema de cacahuete para untar, si la quieres un poco más liquida para echarla en plan sirope en algún postre, le echas más agua o leche, se la puedes poner a batidos.
