A great discovery!
It is logical to compare this product with the popular peanut butter. And the truth is that I was pleasantly surprised. On the one hand, I liked its texture when mixed with a little water (I recommend adding water drop by drop, otherwise the cream becomes very watery). On the other hand, the flavor is blander than peanut butter, but you can adjust the flavor by adding salt. And thirdly, if you are looking for a peanut butter with less fat than traditional peanut butter, it is perfect!
Lo lógico es comparar este producto con la popular mantequilla de cacahuete. Y la verdad que me ha sorprendido gratamente. Por una parte, me ha gustado su textura al mezclarla con un poco de agua (recomiendo echar agua de gota en gota ya que sino se te queda muy aguada la crema). Por otra, el sabor es más soso respecto a la mantequilla de cacahuete, pero se puede ajustar el sabor echándole sal. Y en tercer lugar, si buscas una mantequilla de cacahuete con menos grasa que la tradicional, es perfecta!
