Interesting sweetener, but not too much.
Interesting sweetener for several reasons: taste similar to sugar, low glycemic index, anti-caries by contributing to the mineralization of teeth...On the other hand, it must be taken into account that it should not be abused, since it is still a polyol and its consumption in excess can cause intestinal discomfort even diarrhea, although the latter if you are a little constipated, it may even do you a favor in a very specific case (in the case of sugar-free jelly beans that also carry them), until you correct it with an adequate intake of fiber (both soluble and insoluble) and the consumption of non-astringent foods in your diet until everything works normally (I say this from experience).
Edulcorante interesante por varios motivos: sabor similar al azúcar, bajo índice glucémico, anticaries al contribuir a la mineralización de los dientes...Por otra parte hay que tener en cuenta que no se debe abusar, ya que no deja de tratarse de un polialcohol y su consumo en exceso puede provocar malestar intestinal incluso diarrea, aunque esto último si estás un poco estreñido/a igual hasta te hace un favor en un caso muy puntual(caso de las gominolas sin azúcar que también los llevan), hasta que lo corrijas con un aporte adecuado de fibra(tanto soluble como insoluble) y el consumo de alimentos no astringentes en tu dieta hasta que todo funcione con normalidad(lo digo por experiencia).
