Recommended

I use it for desserts, with a small amount you get a perfect chocolate flavor, and also without fat.

Defatted cocoa powder

I'm trying it out and I seem to like it.

This cocoa powder, being defatted, is doing me good. Although I have it banned in my diet, because of its prebiotic effect and in small amounts it can be good for my crohn's gut. I take a teaspoon at breakfast and another at snack.

Defatted cocoa powder

Yummy

I add half a teaspoon to the cheese shake with walnuts, blueberries and oatmeal for breakfast. It's great. I combine it day in and day out with nonfat powdered peanut butter. Incredible flavor. I give it a 10.

Very good

Intense cocoa flavor without remaining cloying. Much lighter than classic bitter cocoa powder. Recommended
