He tomado colágeno de otras marcas y he empezado a tomarlo el dia 1 de enero , he decidido tomarlo por las tardes ya que es cuando suelo entrenar y lo tomaré como pre entreno ya que así lo recomendáis, lo he tomado en agua y he quedado encantada ya que tiene muy muy buena solubilidad, no se posa nada en el fondo después de mezclarlo y el agua no queda turbia como con otros colágenos de otras marcas, el sabor es inapreciable y lo agradezco muchísimo ya que soy complicada con los sabores, repetiré seguro y espero en breve vea resultados gradualmente ya que tengo problema con los dos meniscos, la única pega que le pondría es el formato porque vería más cómodo en tarro y no en paquete
