Pregnancy and postpartum ally
After becoming pregnant I started taking hydrolyzed collagen to give extra support to the skin, the growing uterus and to prevent stretch marks (I didn't get any). Now during the postpartum period it is also important to continue helping the body with extra collagen and I have opted for this option. I like that it is hydrolyzed and has no other additives. I also like that it comes with a scoop so that I can know the measure of each dose without having to weigh it. All that is missing is for HSN to market a bovine collagen from pastured cows to have a perfect option.
A raíz de quedarme embarazada empecé a tomar colágeno hidrolizado para darle un apoyo extra a la piel, al útero en crecimiento y como prevención de las estrías (no me salió ninguna).
Ahora durante el posparto también es importante seguir ayudando al cuerpo con un extra de colágeno y me he decantado por esta opción.
Me gusta que sea hidrolizado y no tenga más añadidos. También que venga con un cazo para saber la medida de cada toma sin tener que pesarla.
Ya solo falta que HSN comercialice un colágeno bovino de vacas de pasto para tener una opción perfecta.
