It is the second one I buy, good dissolution and has no flavor so I mix it in my oatmeal in the morning or with coffee or matcha and it gives it creaminess. I supplement it with some vitamin C tablets for proper absorption and I am noticing it a lot in hair and nails. I like the option of it being collagen only, although being in powder form it is harder to take than a pill. When mixed with just water it has a bit of a taste so it's best to mix it with something else to mask the taste if you have a hard time taking it.

The taste alone with water is unpleasant to me, but if I add it to coffee, the taste is well camouflaged. It can sometimes create small lumps in hot beverages, but it dissolves quite well and in coffee it creates a little creaminess that I don't dislike. As for effectiveness, it's hard to say how effective it is.
