Difference is noticeable
I took it and also saw changes in my testo, sleep and waking up. I recovered better when I slept and was able to wake up easier. The testo made my muscles look more pumped and defined. I would like to continue using it, but the large bag and an included measuring cup only on request are a shame, but was able to choose one.
