Lo aconsejo porque es bueno para la salud en general, para los catarros durante el periodo de resfriados y también para el pelo. Desde que lo tomo lo noto más fuerte. El precio es bueno. Lo único es que hay que tomar mínimo 2 pastillas para una dosis de 600. El olor es malo pero es normal para el producto que es.
