Well dosed preparation to take with you

Since I'm on the road a lot, I prefer to take capsules, they are always properly dosed and planned to take. The capsules could be a little smaller to my taste. Ich nehme es aber erst kurz ein und hoffe, dass sich die Wirkung sogar noch mehr steigert, wenn ich es schaffe, genug zu trainieren natürlich.
