Beta-alanine 1000mg
Perfect
Perfect to take, for me it is more comfortable to take this type of supplements in pills even if it is a little more expensive than the same in powder form.

Beta-alanine 1000mg
Brutal
It should be noted that to notice the effect, it should be taken in advance for the competition you want, as it is a progressive load. The pills are a little big, but their effect is brutal.

Beta-alanine
Without taste, it fulfills its function perfectly. The tablets are a little big but in my case it is not a problem.

Beta-alanine 1000mg
Good supplement
I tried it because it is one of the few supplements with scientific evidence and it is not a miracle worker but it works well for CrossFit.

Beta-alanine 1000mg
Good product
Using beta-alanine pills significantly improved my performance in high-intensity workouts. I felt a greater ability to resist fatigue, allowing me to complete more reps and sets. The paresthesia, a slight tingling of the skin, was noticeable at first, but became tolerable over time.
