Very useful and easy to use.
They are very useful because, although they are more expensive than other formats, their presentation in capsules makes the intake much faster and more effective. One problem with beta-alanine is its sour taste and the paresthesia effect (general itching) it produces. However, by being able to divide the intake throughout the day, the paresthesia effect is minimal and by taking it in capsules you skip the taste part.
Son muy útiles ya que, aunque sea más cara que otros formatos, su presentación en cápsulas hace la ingesta mucho más rápida y efectiva. Un problema que tiene la beta-alanina es su sabor agrio y el efecto de parestesia (picor general) que produce. Sin embargo, al poder dividir la ingesta a lo largo del día, el efecto de parestesia es mínimo y al tomarlo en cápsulas te saltas la parte del sabor.
